Making a purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the through our website. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Order form" and fill out the necessary details in order for us to process your request.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted except american express. Items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped.
You may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days. All items must be in their original packaging and in an unworn, resaleable state.

All returned items must be sent back using a secure signature on delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost incoming goods as they are your property and you have sub contracted their delivery to a third party delivery company whose responsibility it is to deliver the goods.
Posting & Package:
To ensure high customer service standards are upheld we only use a secure delivery service which will require a signature on delivery. We can deliver to any address that you request.
Next day Express delivery £4.50 (orders required by 2pm)
Next day Express delivery can only be guaranteed on items that have been ordered
between Monday - Thursday
Regular delivery £3.50 shoes, £1.50 apparel.
Usual delivery time 2 to 3 working days. We can deliver your purchase to the following locations(UK & BFPO).
Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. All orders must be received by 2pm for same day dispatch. This includes any Express deliveries.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
