Training at Runaround

Runaround has the benefit of being set in the fantastic surroundings of Top Barn Farm. To make the most of this we offer training sessions each week. All levels of experience are catered for. Come and join us. Ask staff instore or drop us a message if you require further details.

Run groups - Come and join us for an easy run at 9.00 am on Saturday mornings around the trails at Top Barn Activity Centre. Two groups head out each week. An easy pace run/walk group and an intermediate/steady pace group. The sessions are aimed very much at novice and beginner runners, but please feel free to come along if you are more experienced and just fancy a run with a group.

The easy pace/run walk group is led by Roger or Oli (if Roger is away). The group is designed with brand new joggers in mind. The plan helps 'first timers' get confidence and enjoyment from their running. Open to all shapes, sizes and abilities. The group has already produced great results, with a number of people going from this group onto running 10k, half marathons and race for life events.
