To ensure high customer service standards are upheld we use a secure delivery service which will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are clearly shown at the checkout.

UK Royal Mail Standard Delivery - Free Delivery - No charge, please allow 2-4 working days for despatch.

UK Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - £6.95
Note:- Any additional heavy items ordered will incur an additional £1.00 per item delivery charge. Any additional light items ordered will incur an additional £0.50 per item delivery charge.

Wetsuits - Wetsuits will be charged £10 for a standard delivery service.

Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. All orders must be received by 2pm for same day dispatch. This includes any express deliveries.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged again for delivery of any items on back order.

Worldwide Delivery - We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and delivery times do vary. This is a standard delivery service only. The charge for worldwide delivery will be shown at checkout.

Returns

You may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 7 days. All items must be in their original packaging, with labels attached and in an unworn, re-saleable state.

Runaround reserves the right to refuse to accept any returned items should we consider that the item has been ‘used’ to such a degree that is rendered un-saleable.

If you are returning an item that is for an exchange or refund you are responsible for the return postage.

Carriage Costs will apply for re-sending items out. All returned items must be sent back using a secure signature on delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost incoming goods as they are your property and you have sub contracted their delivery to a third party company whose responsibility it is to deliver the goods.

If you are returning an item that is faulty we will refund return postage costs.

If you are returning an unwanted or faulty item within the 7 day period, please complete the form received with the item and a copy of the original invoice to:
